The predeparture course for India Jan 08 is on 25th and 26th October 2007 at Gatton Hall, where the interview day was held.

Hey, wow theres lots of people goin now! Havent been on for a while, but its nice to see more people!
I'm Louise, im doing a medical placement starting in Jan. Not long to go now, cant believe how quickly its coming round, just hope the actual placement dont go this fast!

Heey, I'm off to India in sept 07 (18 days!!!!!) to do a medical placement, I'm planning on staying for the full 6 months and have just worked out that i'll be spending 3 of those months with some of you!....so would be really good to have a chat with medical people (ginglock1@hotmail.com) and i hope you all have a really good time on your pre-departure course, it's so much fun and you really get to know the people your going with so well so definately make the most of that one!

Hey, hadnt thought about that! That'll be nice actually havin people out there already when we get here, hopefully by hat time youll have lots of good avice for us!
As far as i now theres gunna be 4 of us goin in jan doin a med placement, how manys goin out in sept? wow, bet your exited, is just startin to dawn on me its approaching rapidly, but two weeks/four months, hmm little different lol.

Theres 2 of us going but I'm not sure if you'll get to meet Robin cos I thiink she might be gone by the time you get there...we will see!!

Hey everyone,
Great meeting everyone at the Pre-Dept Course, it's so weird to think we won't be seeing half the people we met! So much info to take in, but it was a great laugh at the same time.

| hey bradley, was havin a little look round and saw your post, is weird that we wont, we shud arrange to return get together so we an all exchange stories and pics of each place- be great to see how you got on in those remote places. Enjoy your time in india !!

Hey to everyone goin to india in Jan!
Wow only 3 weeks left! Can't believe its come round so fast. Anyway, just wonderin when everyone is plannin on getting their visas, as i'm gunna try and get my one the 2nd or 3rd if anyone wants to join me? Think im gunna just wait there all night till it opens, should be good!
Anyway, let me know and we can go from there,
